Sponsor the democratization of advanced DeFi strategies featuring single-sided liquidity, leveraged staking, no-liquidation leverage, fixed rates, delta neutrality and other attractive risk/reward profiles via the development of permissionless vault contracts. Local vaults are eligible, but applications that leverage Neutron’s ICA and ICQ infrastructure to create cross-chain vaults will be preferred.

How will this Core RFP add value to Neutron and the Interchain?

• Products that offer reliable yields to consumers, which especially take advantage of Neutron’s ICA and ICQ Infrastructure to leverage the possibilities of Interchain DeFi, could bring in new users and liquidity to the ecosystem
• This Core RFP aims to make Neutron as the primary hub for users looking to engage in Interchain activity across the whole of the Interchain

What are the Criteria for this Core RFP?

• A viable user-friendly product that will make it drastically easier for users to access yields and other financial products in Neutron and across the Interchain
• Project roadmap that includes a distribution strategy on how to bring in new users for their product besides a liquidity mining campaign

How will the NGP measure progress for submissions for this Core RFP?

• Milestone-based KPIs will be leveraged to ensure grantees are not only focused on building the product but also attracting users
• Successful implementation of said product on both Neutron’s testnet and its mainnet
• Adoption metrics
• TVL Growth
• Unique active users
• Baseline yield (not including liquidity incentives) compared to other products in category
