For Milestone 1 completion, the criteria are as follows:
- IBC Rate Limits Middleware Integration — Integration of the IBC Rate Limit contract into IBC via IBC Hooks IBC Rate Limits Contract Deployment — Adaptation and deployment of the Rate Limit contract for Neutron SubDAO instantiation — Adaptation and instantiation of an IBC Rate Limits SubDAO
For Milestone 2 completion, the criteria are as follows:
- USDC and Chain Rate Limits with Skip Connect — Design, development, and deployment of IBC Rate Limits V3, with support of USDC-based and chain-level IBC rate limits powered by Skip Connect
For Milestone 3 completion, the criteria are as follows:
- IBC Workbench Dashboard — Development of the IBC Workbench for Neutron, an advancement companion dashboard for IBC Rate Limits
For Milestone 4 completion, the criteria are as follows:
- SubDAO stewardship, parameterization support, and participation — Data analysis, parameterization, incident response support, and subDAO participation and stewardship for an initial three months
Grant Payment Terms
- Upfront Payment: $10,000 USDC
- Milestone 1 Payment: $15,000 USDC
- Milestone 2 Payment: $30,000 USDC
- Milestone 3 Payment: $30,000 USDC
- Milestone 4 Payment: $11,250 USDC (maximum based on weekly timesheets and a maximum of 15 hours of work per week on SubDAO)
Grant Payment Terms
The grantee will provide timesheets for SubDAO work.
