Neutron Grants Program Batch #4 — Blockwave Labs

Thesis

We have decided to award Blockwave Labs a grant of up to $80,000 to build an arbitrage bot vault on top of Neutron's Duality DEX module. This vault will allow users to deposit their funds, which will then be used to arbitrage prices on Neutron's DEX module and the chain in general. This grant will further help bootstrap activity on Neutron and its Duality DEX module, which seeks to garner liquidity and trading volume.

Summary

Blockwave Labs is a quant trading firm and application developer that has been building as a team since 2020. They have won over ten hackathons, including the "22 Cosmos HackATOM Seoul—Cosmos SDK Track 1st / Judge's Choice" award. Moreover, they work with ecosystems to build financial products and improve on-chain liquidity.

Grant Deliverables

The deliverables are as follows:

• Launch of Blockwave Labs' Duality Arbitrage Vault Product on Neutron

For Milestone 1 completion, the criteria are as follows:

• Design, Integration, and Launch of First Vault Strategy product on Neutron

For Milestone 2 completion, the criteria are as follows:

• Reach 30% of overall trading volume on Duality with a minimum of $100M cumulative volume & $10M TVL. Otherwise, a proportion of $55K equals the volume that the vaults reach (as a proportion of the maximum 30%) if a minimum of $100M cumulative volume and $10M TVL is reached.

Grant Payment Terms

• Upfront Payment: $12,500 USDC
• Milestone 1 Payment: $12,500 USDC
• Milestone 2 Payment: $55,000 USDC
