NGP Strategic Treasury Diversification Update

This blog post provides an update on the strategic sales of NTRN from the NGP's Grant Fund, which have been made to facilitate USDC payments to grantees. Since December, the NGP has carried out strategic sales of NTRN to USDC in order to facilitate grantee payments. All these sales have been preceded by veto-able governance proposals where the applicable NTRN was transferred to an NGP-controlled EOA to facilitate the OTC deal with our counterparty Galaxy Digital.

In total, the NGP has sold 1,850,029 in 8 separate trades between December 15 and June 28 and received a total of $1,318,327 USDC. The trades are detailed below in more detail.

The sales are made in order to facilitate the required grant payments and we only make such sales as is judged necessary based on our future payment obligations to grantees. We will continue to update the community on future sales in the coming months.
