Neutron Grants Program Disclosures

Introduction

The Neutron Grants Program, dedicated to supporting developers and entrepreneurs within Neutron and the Cosmos ecosystem, is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency. This document outlines the holdings policy for all committee members, ensuring that we adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain public trust.

Committee Member Disclosure Policy

1. Disclosure of Interests: All committee members must disclose their current relevant professional affiliations and any blockchain or cryptocurrency holdings that might influence their decision-making within the program. This includes investments in cryptocurrencies, tokens, and any significant financial interest in blockchain projects, especially those with a direct or indirect relationship with the Neutron blockchain.
2. Conflict of Interest: In cases where a committee member's holdings or affiliations might conflict with their responsibilities towards the Neutron Grants Program, the members must declare this conflict and recuse themselves from related decision-making processes.
3. Transparency and Updating: Members must regularly update their disclosures to reflect significant changes in their professional affiliations. This ensures ongoing transparency and helps maintain the integrity of the program.
4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All disclosures and actions by committee members must comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding conflicts of interest and financial disclosures.

Individual Disclosures

Each committee member must provide an up-to-date listing of their relevant affiliations and holdings. Below is the space allocated for each member to make their disclosures:

Emir Izaddeen (Grants Reviewer)

• Relevant Affiliations: Reviewer at Neutron Grants Foundation, Program Lead at LongHashX (especially with AEZ Accelerator)
• Relevant Holdings:  ATOM, NTRN, ROIDS

David Park (Grants Reviewer)

• Relevant Affiliations: Reviewer at Neutron Grants Foundation, CSO at Cosmostation
• Relevant Holdings: ATOM, NTRN, TIA

Effort Capital (Grants Reviewer)

• Relevant Affiliations: Reviewer at Neutron Grants Foundation, Research Analyst at Blockworks Research
• Relevant Holdings: ATOM
